Communication Plan – Project Management

	Team Lead – Communication Team	Research Team	Programers	Alpha/Beta/Testers
Issues	Has to communicate between our teams and the client.	making sure to take the correct information they find to the programers	translating research team information to functional grading sheets	Testing and making sure that the grading book works like how the teachers want.
Key Messages Communicate	has to primarily show and help out the client and make sure the teams don’t create anything complicated.	taking key information from team lead, researching it and then taking the information they found to the programers	translating research team information to functional grading sheets and fixing bugs found by testing teams	reporting back to the programers and then giving a confirmation the program is good to go.
Way to Communicate	Working primarily face to face to not cause any confusion.	will meet face to face with team leads but use email or other digital way to send info to the programmers	communication through digital communication	Communicate with programers through digital reports and then face to face with the team lead.
Times to Communicate	Will be meeting or contacting team members in the morning and clients in the afternoon/night	email through the work day.	email on work day	email throughout the work day and meet with team lead in the morning
