Even if they were to build a new public school only certain people can go in that district.
Any new online or private schooling would have to have big credibility behind it to see a large amount of students going to those schools.
Threat of Substitutes – Medium
As mentioned above there are now more ways to homeschool children with online public schools. These are easier to create because there isn’t a building that kids have to commute to.
Power of Buyers/Suppliers – High
Parents have a large power over the school system if their not satisfied things may have to change.
Some companies donate to schools which causes makes teachers give out specific brands kids will have to buy for supplies.
