To find/create a spreadsheet for easier grade management and if possible have easy access to share the grades/progress with parents.
Scope Creep
Anything else besides the agreed scope of the project or anything added as a ‘wish list’ brought up in every meeting is outside of the scope will have to be implemented in a phase 2 project and will be subjected to its own charges.
