Stakeholder Management

  1. Stake Holder Register – 1st go to the register to find who you need to contact/ see what position/title they hold in the company.
  2. Power Intrest Grid – Go here to see which titles are important for the project and to see which classification they fall under.
  3. Stakeholder Strategy – After finding out what category they fall under you want to know exactly how to contact about what parts of the project. For example, you only want to bother the higher people on the totem pole with more finished projects then someone your working more closely on the assignment with.
