Stakeholder Strategy – Project Management

High Power Low Interest	Principal and anyone else that my clients report to with their information. Anything regarding the new grading forums should be done over email and only on final products.
High Power Hight Intrest	Teachers the people who this new grading system is being designed for. Should remain in contact with them constantly throughout the project. Contact with should be done primarily face to face to cause the least amount of confusion with the new system. With email only being used when you are unable to meet with them face to face.
Low Power Low Intrest	Other kinds of teachers like substitutes are probably not going to have access to this grading system but in the case they are they should be informed and guided through all of the changes. Contact will be done in emails and face to face encounters only if they need assistance with the new system.
Low Power High Intrest	Parents are of course interested in seeing their child’s grades. Its important to keep them informed the new system should let Teachers be able to inform them more smoothly. They will most likely be contacted through updates from the teachers.
